4. Risk Management
Annual risk assessments focus on high-risk regions and products (e.g. certain timber sources).
5. Training
Procurement and logistics staff receive annual training on modern slavery risks and reporting procedures.
6. Effectiveness
We monitor:
- Number of supplier audits;
- Training completion rates;
- Incidents of non-compliance.
